Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the vetpkr platform, accessible at vetpkr.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). vetpkr is an English-language online betting information and platform guide operated for Pakistani users and international visitors.

By registering an account, browsing the Platform or using any of the services made available through vetpkr, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below:

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following moments: (a) when you create an Account; (b) when you place a bet or access any wagering feature; or (c) when you continue to browse the Platform after these Terms have been made available to you.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.

vetpkr reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or terminate access to any User at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on vetpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or relevant licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of vetpkr or any associated entity.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions. vetpkr does not represent or warrant that use of its Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Legal compliance is entirely the User's responsibility.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on vetpkr, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Register more than one Account — duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts;
• Register using a name, address or identity that is not your own;
• Register using a temporary, disposable or anonymising email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify vetpkr support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. vetpkr shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

vetpkr may, at any time and without prior notice, require Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") as a condition of continued account access, withdrawal processing or bonus eligibility. Acceptable identity documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

vetpkr supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Pakistani users. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other providers are made for contextual and informational purposes only. vetpkr does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling activity.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between 24 hours and 5 business days.
• Currency: Where PKR amounts are displayed, these are indicative. Final settlement amounts may be subject to exchange rate conversions applied by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vetpkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, subject to applicable law.

Promotions & Bonuses

vetpkr offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only and may be restricted by geography, payment method or account status.
• Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x, 35x or 40x), the eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and expiry period.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• vetpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already opted in, any qualifying activity already completed shall be honoured proportionally where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, exploiting technical errors, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• In any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Betting Rules

All bets placed through vetpkr are subject to the following general rules. Market-specific rules may also apply and will be displayed within the relevant betting interface.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message and corresponding entry in your account transaction history. Unconfirmed bets are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the time of confirmation are final.
• Void Bets: vetpkr reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where the outcome has been influenced by irregular activity.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market.
• Live Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time at vetpkr's discretion, including due to significant match events, data feed interruptions or suspicious betting patterns.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, special market rules may apply regarding rain interruptions, DLS method outcomes, abandoned matches and player withdrawal scenarios. These are detailed within the specific market rules section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, spiders or crawlers to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any fraudulent financial activity;
• Submitting false or misleading information to vetpkr at any time;
• Impersonating another User, vetpkr staff member or any third party;
• Engaging in conduct that is harassing, threatening, defamatory or otherwise harmful toward other Users or vetpkr staff;
• Exploiting glitches, technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, permanent exclusion from the Platform and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vetpkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layouts and software — is the property of vetpkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

The vetpkr name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of vetpkr. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vetpkr and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions to service, technical failures, data loss or security breaches that are beyond vetpkr's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, promotional information or other content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, vetpkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

vetpkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gambling session to maintain control over time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of elapsed session time and net account activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from all gambling activity on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform without permanently closing your Account.

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Underage gambling is prohibited in all circumstances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vetpkr holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 10 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is not achieved, you may submit a formal written complaint. vetpkr will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If the formal complaint process does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may refer the dispute to an independent ADR service approved by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.

Amendments to These Terms

vetpkr reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — vetpkr will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any updated Terms have come into effect shall constitute your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.
